Gr.318 Stainless Steel Vertical Equalibrium Ball Float Valve
The 106X float operated valve builds on the same mechanical design from the model 106 to deliver equal excellences in robust and reliable operation.
Build from Gr. 318 (1.4462) Duplex Grade Stainless Steel, its composition attribute allows the 106X valve to have even better corrosion or oxidation resistance characteristics when compare to the model 106 in Gr. 316 stainless steel.
The natural attribute of this grade of stainless steel combine with heavy duty design of the 106X brings better toughness and strength when handling operations in demanding and stressful operations.
Its function is to control the flow of liquids for open or closed water tanks, reservoirs, cooling towers, and VATS.
These available model sizes are from 1-1/2″ to 4″ which are mated to the system by either the screwed joint.
It is also available in a comprehensive selection of components to match the needs of different applications.
The 106X float valve requires very little operating area compare to other models thanks to the robust right-angle valve operating design.
The valve also incorporates a pressure balance equilibrium mechanism allowing the valve to shut off more effectively and smoothly.
Service Medium: Water (Fresh / Seawater)
Working Pressure: 0-20 BAR (Non-Shock at normal atmospheric temperature)
The available sizes for model 106X float valve are from 1-1/2″ to 4″.
Selected sizes are manufactured with male BSP screwed joint inlet.
Valves also include a female screwed joint outlet.
The valve main body, piston, and lever are manufactured from high-quality Gr. 318 stainless steel material.
Assembled together by specially designed stainless steel parts to enable this valve to have high corrosion-resistant, and provides reliable operation.
